NASA launched the apparatus to study the solar system boundaries

In Sunday near the island of Kwajalein in the Pacific Ocean has been launched apparatus to study the solar system boundaries. The mission IBEX (Interstellar Boundary Explorer) will last two years. The unit weighs 462 kilograms, octagon-shaped, equipped with instruments to measure neutral atoms and space radiation.
